Job summary

LiveWell Homecare Agency, LLC is seeking a CT Technologist to perform diagnostic CT imaging and support interventional procedures in a clinical setting in Danville, PA. The role emphasizes ALARA principles, patient safety, accurate data handling, and collaboration with care teams.

Qualified candidates will hold ARRT or NMTCB-ARRT-CT certification, have completed a Radiologic Technology specialty program, and preferably a bachelor’s degree.

Qualifications

• ARRT or NMTCB-ARRT-CT certification required at hire.
• Graduate of a Specialty Training Program in Radiologic Technology.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Obtain patient identification, prepare patient, and document clinical history.
• Use imaging protocols, optimize factors, and apply ALARA principles for patient safety.
• Prepare and administer medications via vascular access as prescribed.
• Evaluate images for quality, proper positioning, and ensure secure data storage or transfer.
• Educate and monitor students and healthcare providers, and assist with interventional procedures.
• Perform prescribed CT procedures, demonstrate proficiency in routine and complex tasks, and participate in quality improvement activities.
