Ascension is seeking a Radiologic Technologist for Saint Johns, FL, performing radiographic procedures with patient positioning, contrast administration, and monitoring during procedures. You will ensure adherence to safety standards and radiologic practice guidelines, aligning with state and federal regulations.

The role requires licensure credentials and CT specialization credentials prior to hire, with day shift and PRN scheduling, supporting high-quality imaging and patient care.

Competenze

• BLS Provider within 1 month of hire date (AAH or ARC accepted).
• Radiologic Technologist credential from Florida Radiologic Technology prior to hire.
• One or more: NMTCB CNMT/CT or ARRT CT specialty credential prior to hire; CT credential required in addition to CNMT or other ARRT designation.

Mansioni

• Prepare and position patients and select accurate anatomic and technical parameters.
• Prepare and administer contrast media and/or medications within scope and regulations.
• Observe patient during procedure and report abnormal activity.
• Monitor protocols and recommend updates or refinements as warranted.
• Follow radiation safety procedures and guidelines.
