Job summary

Indiana University Health System is seeking a full-time CT Technologist to operate the CT scanner, prepare and position patients, and ensure safe scanning with contrast administration.

The role requires ARRT or NMTCB certification, ISDH license, BLS, and 0–3 years of experience; new hire bonus available. The shift is Tuesday through Friday at Ball Memorial Hospital, on-site with a collaborative radiology team.

Qualifications

• Requires 0–3 years of radiology experience.
• BLS certification required through AHA.
• Active ARRT/NM or NMTCB credentials and Indiana license.
• CT certification must be obtained within 12 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Operate CT scanner and position patients.
• Screen for safe scanning and contrast administration.
• Obtain IV access and administer contrast.
• Adjust scan protocols and parameters for diagnostic imaging.
• Collaborate with radiologists and referring physicians.
• Follow radiation safety and perform routine QC.
• Document in EMR and stay current with CE.
• Assist in medical alerts and support minimally invasive procedures.
