Job summary

Vernon Health in Viroqua, WI is seeking a CT Technologist to perform high-quality CT and radiology procedures, prioritizing patient safety and comfort. You will position patients, manage contrast under Radiologist supervision, and ensure accurate imaging results.

The role requires strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to work with a diverse patient population. ARRT certification and Wisconsin licensure are required; CT certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• Associate degree from an accredited school of radiologic technology.
• Maintain ARRT certification and Wisconsin state license.
• ARRT CT certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform CT and general radiology exams following established protocols.
• Administer contrast agents under Radiologist supervision.
• Operate imaging equipment safely and perform quality checks.
• Maintain CT competency and communicate with team.
• Greet patients, explain procedures, assist with transfers.
• Answer phones, schedule imaging, transport patients as needed.
• Participate in quality and safety programs.
