Job summary

Temple Health seeks a CT Technologist to perform CT procedures following physician and radiologist protocols. You will operate the CT scanner to produce cross sectional images of consistent, high-quality accuracy, ensuring patient safety and comfort throughout the exam.

Responsibilities include adhering to safety guidelines, preparing equipment, and maintaining image quality. A robust foundation in anatomy and radiologic technology, plus BLS, is required, with preference for prior CT experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Graduate from a two-year AMA approved radiologic technology program required.
• General experience and knowledge of cross sectional anatomy required.
• General CT technologist experience preferred.
• Reg Technologist (R) required; BLS required; Reg Technologist (R) (CT) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs CT procedures following protocols established by referring physicians or Radiologists.
• Operates CT scanner to produce cross sectional images of consistent optimal quality.
• Operates CT equipment in a safe and appropriate manner, following established safety guidelines.
