Job summary

Temple University Health System, Inc. is seeking a Radiologic/CT Technologist to perform and assist with radiologic and CT procedures in line with established protocols set by radiologists. You will operate radiographic and CT equipment safely, producing high-quality diagnostic images for accurate radiologist interpretation.

Maintaining equipment and following radiation safety guidelines are essential to deliver consistent, optimal imaging results for our patients.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent Required
• Graduate from a two-year AMA approved radiologic technology program Required
• 3 years experience in radiology Required
• General Experience as a CT Scan Technologist Required
• General Experience and knowledge of cross-sectional anatomy Required

Responsibilities

• Performs and/or assists with a variety of radiologic and CT procedures in accordance with established protocols from radiologists or referring physicians
• Operates radiographic and CT equipment safely and responsibly, adhering to radiation safety guidelines
• Produces high-quality diagnostic images, including radiographs and cross-sectional images, for accurate interpretation by a radiologist
• Ensures equipment is properly maintained and used in compliance with safety standards to deliver consistent, optimal imaging results

Education

High School Diploma or Equivalent

Non Degree Program Graduate from a two-year AMA approved radiologic technology program
