Job summary

Baptist Health is seeking a CT Technologist to join the CT Scan Department at the Oakleaf ED in Jacksonville, Florida. This full-time weekend role runs Saturday–Monday, 6:30 AM–7:00 PM, with a $12,000 sign-on bonus potential.

Responsibilities include performing high-quality CT procedures, preparing and positioning patients, monitoring vitals, operating CT equipment, and collaborating with radiologists to ensure quality imaging while maintaining safety standards.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years radiology technologist experience
• Customer service experience required
• Experience working in a hospital setting is preferred
• Certification in Computed Tomography (ARDMS or ARRT CT) within 18 months of hire

• Perform high-quality CT procedures following established protocols
• Prepare and position patients for imaging procedures
• Monitor patient vital signs and comfort during exams
• Operate CT equipment and ensure proper maintenance

Baptist Health is seeking a CT Technologist to join our CT Scan Department at Baptist ED Oakleaf in Jacksonville, Florida.

This is a full-time weekends opportunity, working Saturday–Monday, 6:30 AM–7:00 PM.

At Baptist, our CT Technologists are dedicated to delivering high quality imaging services, ensure both the comfort and safety of patients, and will thrive in a collaborative environment. Additional responsibilities of our CT technologists include operating and calibrating of GE equipment, preparing patients for their procedures which include administering IV contrast & patient positioning, providing clear explanations & education about the process, and ensuring the compliance with all regulatory standards.

As a CT Technologist, You Will Be Responsible For

• Performing high quality (CT) procedures in accordance to established protocols and guidelines.
• Prepare and position patients for imaging procedures.

If hired, must pass certification in Computed Tomography from the ARDMS or ARRT (CT) within 18 months of hire date.
