Qualifications

  • Graduate of Joint Review Committee on Education in Radiologic Technology (JRCERT) Accredited Radiography program.
  • 1-3 years' experience beyond staff radiographer level preferred.
  • CRT-Radiologic Technologist Registration - ARRT required upon hire.
  • CRT-Computerized Tomography (CT) certification required.
  • BLS certification from AHA or ARC required upon hire.

Responsibilities

  • Perform accurate diagnostic CT exams while following regulations.

About Corewell Health Canton Outpatient Center

We offer the following services: 64 slice CT, bone density scan, digital mammography, ultrasound and X-rays.

Scope of work

As a CT Technologist with Corewell Health, you can turn detailed images into life-changing diagnoses. You'll be responsible for performing accurate diagnostic CT exams while following regulations and ALARA principles of radiation protection. You'll be a vital part of our team, making a real difference in the lives of our patients and their families.

Qualifications

  • Required Associate's Degree Graduate of Joint Review Committee on Education in Radiologic Technology (JRCERT) Accredited Radiography program.
  • 1 year of relevant experience 1-3 years' experience beyond staff radiographer level. Preferred
  • CRT-Radiologic Technologist Registration - ARRT American Registry of Radiologic Technologist Upon Hire required
  • CRT-Computerized Tomography (CT) - ARDMS American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography Excludes team members hired prior to 2008. 1 Year required
  • CRT-Basic Life Support (BLS) - AHA American Heart Association Upon Hire required Or
  • CRT-Basic Life Support (BLS) - ARC American Red Cross Upon Hire required
