Hospital is located in the South Shore of MA

Salary Range: $80,000 - $100,000

Schedule: 36 Hours, Evenings, Full Time, Benefit Eligible

Job Summary:

The CT Technologist will perform computed tomography procedures while adhering to established guidelines and assisting in the training of new technologists. The technologist will work under the supervision of the lead/charge technologist and the modality medical director. Responsibilities include:

1. Performing all technical procedures within the respective modality sections as described in the Radiology Policy Manual.
2. Meeting the technical competency requirements for the position.
3. Maintaining effective working relationships with all staff.
4. Participating in professional education programs, patient/staff safety initiatives, and quality assurance/improvement activities.

Required Knowledge & Skills:

Education and Experience: Documented training and experience in radiography; training and experience in CT preferred.

Certification/Licensure: Current BLS certification; Massachusetts BCEH Computed Tomography (Full/General) license; Massachusetts BCEH license in Radiography, Nuclear Medicine, or Radiation Therapy; ARRT registered certification in Computed Tomography (RT(CT)); and ARRT registered certification in Radiography.
