Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform CT and PET/CT scans per physician orders and protocol.
• Ensure patient safety and comfort during imaging procedures.
• Review orders, patient ID, and history before imaging.
• Calibrate and operate imaging equipment for optimal image quality.
• Process and transmit images to radiologists for interpretation promptly.
• Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to standards.
• Collaborate with clinical teams to optimize workflow and outcomes.

Degree in Radiologic Technology, Certification in Radiologic Technology (ARRT Certification), and minimum 1+ years CT Tech experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform a range of CT and PET/CT scans in accordance with physician orders and facility protocols
• Ensure patient safety and comfort throughout imaging procedures
• Review and verify physician orders, patient identification, and clinical history before imaging
• Calibrate and operate imaging equipment, ensuring optimal performance and image quality
• Process and transmit images to radiologists for interpretation in a timely manner
• Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to regulatory and departmental standards
• Collaborate with clinical teams to optimize workflow and patient outcomes

$2,270 - $2,394/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
