Texas Oncology in Plano is seeking a CT Technologist to join the Imaging/Radiation Oncology Department at TXO Plano West. This role supports CT procedures, safety, and timely reporting with levels 1, 2, or Sr based on experience.

Qualified candidates hold an ARRT certification and an accredited Radiologic Technology degree, plus IV and CPR certifications; CT certification is preferred. Opportunity for growth in a leading community oncology provider.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Radiologic Technology from an accredited school.
• ARRT-registered radiologic technologist required.
• Current IV and CPR certifications required.
• CT certification preferred.
• Level 1/2/Sr structure with experience levels affects requirements.

Responsibilities

• Performs CT procedures as ordered with high quality.
• Offers expert guidance to physicians on study appropriateness.
• Escorts patients to treatment room and assists with dressings.
• Develops and processes radiologic films; logs procedures and paperwork.
• Maintains patient and staff confidentiality and safety.
• Conducts daily quality control to monitor machine performance and reports malfunctions.
• Arranges preventive maintenance and ensures safety standards in operation.
• Manages release of films to patients and outside agencies; maintains documentation.
