Job summary

The General Hospital Corporation in Boston is seeking a CT Technologist to operate state-of-the-art CT scanners at 55 Fruit Street, as part of Mass General Brigham. You will assist patients, follow physician orders, and ensure accurate imaging data is archived in RIS and PACS.

Required ARRT/NMTCB registration, MA license, and advanced CT registry within one year, plus BLS within 90 days of hire; enjoy a generous sign-on bonus and day-one benefits in a dynamic imaging team.

Qualifications

• Certificate or Diploma in medical imaging required.
• AR RT or NMTCB Registry required; Massachusetts license required.
• Advanced CT registry within one year.
• BLS certification within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Under general direction, operate CT scanners following physician orders.
• Prepare patients, verify identity, and document information in RIS.
• Acquire high-quality CT images and ensure labeling and transmission to PACS.
• Maintain clean, orderly CT facilities and adhere to department policies.
• Explain procedures to patients accommodating language and comfort needs.
