Job summary

UW Medical Center – Northwest in Seattle is seeking a CT Radiology Technologist to perform computed tomography examinations under the direction of a radiologist. This full-time role requires independence, accuracy, and efficient workflow in a fast-paced imaging environment.

You will operate, troubleshoot, and maintain CT equipment, prepare patients, coordinate workflow, and assist with training and mentoring new personnel while ensuring proper room setup and sterile technique.

Qualifications

• Satisfactory completion of an AMA approved radiologic technology training program.
• Registration by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) is required.
• Legal requirement: Certified by the State of Washington as a Radiologic Technologist.

Responsibilities

• Prepares patient and independently performs CT exams & procedures.
• Operate, troubleshoot, and maintain CT equipment.
• Coordinates and optimizes customer service and workflow.
• Set up and clean exam rooms, ensuring all necessary equipment and supplies are ready.
• Assist with training and mentoring new personnel and students.
