Job summary

Hackensack Meridian Health is seeking a CT Technologist to perform computed tomography procedures, prepare patients, and produce sectional and three‑dimensional images for interpretation in a busy radiology department. You will assist with interventional and therapeutic procedures and ensure patient safety and protocol adherence.

The position requires an AMA‑approved Radiologic Technology program, ARRT CT certification within 9 months, NJ state license, and BLS.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED
• AMA approved Radiologic Technology program completed
• ARRT CT certification within 9 months of starting
• NJ state license for Diagnostic Radiology
• AHA BLS certification within 60 days

Responsibilities

• Perform CT procedures and related techniques to produce diagnostic images
• Evaluate radiographs for proper identification and diagnostic value
• Prepare patients and ensure safety and protocol compliance
• Assist with CT-guided interventional procedures as needed
• Provide patient instructions and address questions clearly
• Maintain QA and daily clerical duties in radiology systems
