Job summary

LCMC Health is seeking a CT Technologist to perform high-quality CT imaging and ensure patient safety across exams. You will work with radiologists to review scans, position patients, and maintain equipment and supplies in a fast-paced radiology department.

The role requires ARRT CT and ARRT Radiography credentials, BLS, and strong attention to detail. You will contribute to efficient throughput and excellent patient experience in a community hospital setting.

Qualifications

• Current American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• ARRT Radiography certification.
• ARRT CT certification (LSRTBE)

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate technical skills with CT equipment, protocols, and high-quality imaging.
• Prepare patients, educate them, and ease anxiety before studies.
• Position patients and apply immobilization and radiation safety procedures.
• Recognize and address clinical issues; consult radiologists as needed.
• Maintain inventory, equipment, exam rooms, and work areas for safety and efficiency.
• Assist the team and ensure safe, continuous patient care and throughput.
