Responsibilities

• Position patient and equipment to produce CT images following clinical protocols.
• Complete risk assessment for invasive procedures.
• Administer/monitor contrast materials as needed.
• Practice medical/surgical aseptic technique.
• Follow radiation protection/safety guidelines.
• Utilize Radiology Information System (RIS).
• Review/revise protocols and patient preps.
• Assist supervisor with data collection and regulatory compliance.
