Job summary

HCA Florida Aventura Hospital is seeking a CT Technologist to perform CT imaging in inpatient and outpatient settings, producing high-quality images to support accurate diagnoses. You will operate the CT scanner, prep patients, obtain consent, and explain the procedure to patients.

The role requires BLS within 30 days, ARRT-R Radiography, and ARRT-CT or RT Radiologic Technologist certifications. This position is based at a 467-bed Level II Trauma Center with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Basic life support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
• ARRT-R Radiography certification is required.
• ARRT-CT or RT Radiologic Technologist certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Perform CT imaging procedures in inpatient and/or outpatient settings to diagnose conditions.
• Operate CT scanner to produce quality images for locating pathology and abnormalities.
• Prepare patients, obtain consent, and explain procedures.
