Job summary

Dartmouth Hitchcock Health seeks a CT Technologist for DHMC in Lebanon, NH. You will perform Computed Tomography procedures, review patient history, and administer contrast as directed. The role demands precise positioning, strict radiation safety, and collaboration with the radiology team.

The position includes a sign-on incentive and requires ARRT RT-R certification, NH licensure, and BLS. Training is provided for modality expansion and ongoing education in a high-acuity environment.

Qualifications

• Must hold ARRT RT-R certification and NH license.
• Must have BLS certification at hire.
• 1 year experience preferred in radiologic technologist roles.

Responsibilities

• Performs Computed Tomography procedures and reviews patient history.
• Selects optimal patient position and uses ALARA to minimize exposure.
• Evaluates image quality and forwards to PACS; performs reconstructions.
• Assists radiologist with findings and communicates urgent results.
• Organizes daily workflow and responds to emergencies as needed.
• Maintains equipment, supplies, and routine calibration checks.
• Trains staff on unit operations and participates in continuing education.
