Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technologist school or program.
- Upon hire: California Radiologic Technologist.
- Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association.
- Upon hire: National Registered Technologist - Radiography - ARRT.
- Within 1 year of hire: National Registered Technologist - Computed Tomography.
Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostic imaging procedures according to department standards using age-specific criteria.
- Serve as a customer service representative to patients, families, public, and medical staff.
- Participate in quality control, performance improvement, and organizational improvement activities.
- Act as a clinical and technical resource to other technologists and radiologists.
- Participate in call schedule and remain flexible with job assignments and shifts.
