Qualifications

• Education to meet certification, license or registration requirement.
• BLS certification from American Heart Association on hire.
• Oregon Medical Imaging License upon hire.
• ARRT Radiography certification upon hire.
• ARRT Nuclear Medicine Certification upon hire.
• ARRT Computed Tomography certification within 1 year of hire.
• National CT technologist/Nuclear Medicine tech board certification within 1 year of hire.

Responsibilities

• Perform CT examinations according to physicians orders.
• Utilize CT equipment with attention to patient needs and imaging factors.
• Apply appropriate imaging techniques to obtain optimal images.
• Maintain patient safety and comfort throughout procedures.
