Job summary
Providence Seaside Hospital in Seaside, OR seeks a CT Technologist for a full-time day shift. The position includes a generous sign-on bonus for eligible external candidates and a comprehensive benefits package that starts on day one.
The CT Tech performs CT examinations per physician orders, using advanced CT equipment while considering patient needs to produce optimal images. Training and licensure requirements must be met at hire or within specified timelines.
Qualifications
- Education to meet certification, license or registration requirement.
- BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
- Oregon Medical Imaging License upon hire.
- NRRT Radiography upon hire or CT within 1 year of hire.
- NRCT Nuclear Medicine Technology upon hire.
- NRCT CT within 1 year of hire or CNCT within 1 year of hire.
Responsibilities
- Perform CT examinations per physician orders using CT equipment to produce optimal images.
- Consider patient’s age-related needs and safety in imaging procedures.
- Use knowledge of imaging factors and technique to achieve high-quality results.
