Heartline Staffing is recruiting a CT Technologist for a full‑time opportunity in Rutherfordton, North Carolina. The role performs diagnostic CT imaging while upholding patient safety, image quality, equipment standards, and quality patient care throughout each examination.

Responsibilities include reviewing orders, educating patients, positioning, administering contrast when ordered, monitoring patient condition, and ensuring safety and quality throughout procedures.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree required
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
• ARRT certification required
• Additional CT certification or ability to obtain CT certification within one year of hire

Heartline Staffing is recruiting a CT Technologist for a full‑time opportunity in Rutherfordton, North Carolina. This role performs diagnostic CT imaging while supporting patient safety, image quality, equipment standards, and quality patient care throughout each examination.

SCHEDULE

• Full-Time
• Monday–Thursday
• 3:00 PM–1:30 AM

COMPENSATION

• $62,816–$84,804 annual salary
• Signing bonus available
• No relocation package

POSITION OVERVIEW

• Review patient history and physician orders before imaging procedures.
• Educate patients on procedures, equipment, and examinations to support understanding and cooperation.
• Position patients and perform CT imaging procedures.
• Prepare and administer contrast media and/or medications within scope of practice when ordered.
• Monitor patient condition and respond appropriately to changes.
• Evaluate image quality and take corrective action when necessary.
• Maintain equipment, supplies, safety standards, and quality‑control requirements.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Prepare patients, equipment, and supplies for CT examinations.
• Perform imaging procedures according to physician orders and established standards.
• Analyze imaging results and identify quality concerns.
• Reposition patients and repeat procedures when necessary to obtain appropriate imaging results.
• Troubleshoot, resolve, or report equipment malfunctions.
• Enter, transmit, and report scan results.
• Maintain patient safety throughout examinations and imaging procedures.
• Participate in performance‑improvement activities and continuing education.
• Provide quality patient care and work flexible units or shifts when needed.
