Job Description - CT TECHNOLOGIST, 40 hrs nights (Temple University Hospital) (246957)

Performs CT procedures following the protocols established by the referring physicians or Radiologists. Operates CT scanner to produce cross-sectional anatomical images of consistent optimal quality. Operates CT equipment in a safe and appropriate manner, following established safety guidelines.

Education

1. High School Diploma or Equivalent (Required)
2. Non-Degree Program: Graduate from a two-year AMA approved radiologic technology program. (Required)

Experience

1. General Experience and knowledge of cross-sectional anatomy (Required)
2. General Experience as a CT Scan Technologist (Preferred)

License/Certifications

1. RT(R) - Reg Technologist (R) (Required)
2. BLS - Basic Life Support (Preferred)
3. RT(R)(CT) - Reg Technologist (R) (CT) (Preferred)
