Job summary

Care Career is seeking a CT Technologist in Brunswick, GA for the Emergency Department. The role performs high-quality CT imaging, supports ED physicians and radiologists in diagnosing and treating patients, and ensures patient safety while adhering to radiation safety standards.

Expect a fast-paced environment with a 3x12 schedule (7 am–7 pm Fri–Sun; 9 pm–7 am Tue–Fri), a $10,000 sign-on bonus, and modern GE equipment. Opportunity for registry advancement with facility sponsorship is available.

Qualifications

• ARRT (R) certification is required.
• CT registry must be obtained within 12 months of hire.
• BLS certification required.
• Graduate of an accredited Radiology program.

Responsibilities

• Perform CT imaging procedures according to orders and protocols.
• Operate CT scanners, contrast injectors, and imaging equipment.
• Obtain patient histories and verify orders.
• Explain procedures to patients and address questions.
• Collaborate with radiologists and physicians to ensure accuracy.
• Maintain radiation safety standards and regulatory compliance.
• Maintain imaging quality and documentation.
• Coordinate with nursing staff for efficient patient flow.
