Care Career is seeking a CT Technologist for our coastal Georgia location in Brunswick. You will perform high-quality CT imaging in a fast-paced Emergency Department and support physicians and radiologists with accurate studies.

The role requires ARRT (R), CT registry within 12 months, and BLS. The team emphasizes patient safety, excellent communication, and adherence to radiation safety standards while maintaining documentation and workflow efficiency.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Radiology program.
• BLS certification required.
• Strong communication and patient care skills.
• Technologists not yet CT registered have 12 months to obtain CT registry with certification costs covered.

Responsibilities

• Perform CT imaging procedures according to physician orders and established protocols.
• Operate CT scanners, contrast injectors, and associated imaging equipment.
• Obtain accurate patient histories and verify imaging orders.
• Explain procedures clearly to patients and address questions or concerns.
• Collaborate with radiologists and physicians to ensure imaging accuracy.
• Maintain compliance with radiation safety standards and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain imaging quality and proper documentation for procedures.
• Coordinate with nursing and clinical staff to ensure efficient patient workflow.

Pay Range: $34.20 - $51.34/hr
Sign-On Bonus: $10,000
Location: Brunswick, Georgia
Department: Emergency Department
Available Schedules:

7 am to 7 pm - Friday, Saturday, Sunday
9 pm - 7 am Tuesday - Friday

Position Overview

The CT Technologist performs high-quality CT imaging procedures while supporting emergency department physicians and radiologists in diagnosing and treating patients.

This role ensures patient safety, maintains imaging quality standards, and follows all radiation safety and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

Education
