Job summary
Kadlec Regional Medical Center is seeking a CT/X-ray technologist to perform CT and X-ray imaging for diagnostic purposes. The role requires professional interaction with a multidisciplinary team and strict adherence to safety and KRMC policies. Full-time shifts are 36 hours weekly with potential on-call opportunities.
Responsibilities include patient care tasks, vital signs, EKGs, wound care, and orthopedic splinting as directed, under FSED leadership oversight.
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program and eligible for local licensure.
- BLS certification current upon hire; ARRT Radiography credential required.
- Within 1 year: CT technologist credential or Nuclear Medicine certification as applicable.
- Within 60 days: Registered Medical Assistant credential.
Responsibilities
- Operate and provide CT and X-ray imaging safely for diagnosis and treatment.
- Maintain high-quality studies and adhere to safety and clinical QA standards.
- Assist with patient care activities and communicate effectively with the care team.
