Job summary

Piedmont Augusta Hospital is seeking a CT Technologist to operate CT imaging equipment and perform diagnostic CT examinations under the supervision of a Radiologist. You will provide patient care across neonatal to geriatric ages and ensure adherence to prescribed standards.

The role requires ARRT registration, BCLS certification, and AMA/JRCERT education. Three 12-hour shifts (Sat/Sun 7am–7pm, Mon 9am–9pm) with no on-call duties and a sign-on bonus are offered.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an AMA approved Radiologic Technology program or JRCERT accredited hospital-based training program
• 6 months experience as Radiologic Technologist preferred

Responsibilities

• Computed Tomography (CT) Technologists specialize in using ionizing radiation to produce cross-sectional images to help doctors diagnose and treat patients. CT Technologists perform diagnostic Computerized Tomographic examinations in accordance with all prescribed standards under the direct guidance of the supervising Radiologist. CT Technologists provide patient care to all age groups to include neonatal, pediatrics, adult, and geriatrics.
