Job summary

Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center seeks a CT Technologist to join the David H. Koch Center in NYC. You will perform CT imaging across age groups, operate scanners, explain procedures to patients, and ensure safety and comfort during exams.

Requires ARRT CT/Radiography, NJ radiography license, 2+ years CT experience, and IV certification. Training pathway includes extensive initial training and weekend coverage as needed.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or AMA-approved radiologic technology program.
• ARRT certification in Radiography and CT.
• Minimum of 2 years CT experience preferred, including GE imaging systems.
• New Jersey Department of Health Diagnostic Radiography license.
• IV Certification required.

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of CT imaging procedures on patients of all ages with minimal supervision.
• Operate CT scanners and related equipment safely per policies and procedures.
• Explain imaging procedures to patients and monitor safety and comfort during exams.
• Administer contrast media (IV and/or oral) following protocols.
• Conduct imaging in compliance with departmental protocols and quality standards.
• Accurately enter documentation into MSK and Radiology systems.
• Support general radiology procedures as needed.
