Job summary

Medical City Dallas is seeking a part-time CT Technologist to join our radiology team. You will perform high-quality CT scans under the guidance of a Radiologist and contribute to patient care in a busy tertiary care setting.

The role emphasizes safety, adherence to radiation standards, and participation in performance improvement initiatives. Texas licensure, ARRT registration, and BLS certification are required or preferred, with opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications

• Graduate of AMA approved school of Radiology Technology.
• Licensed/certified in Texas.
• Registered with ARRT (Army graduates must take their ARRT registry within twelve months of hire date).
• CT Certification through ARRT preferred.
• Current AHA or ARC BLS provider.

Responsibilities

• Performs superior/quality CT scans under the guidance of a Radiologist on all ages.
• Maintains a safe and therapeutic diagnostic radiological environment based on practice standards, radiation safety guidelines that include monitoring.
• Participates in departmental Performance Improvement activities.

What Qualifications You Will Need

• Graduate of AMA approved school of Radiology Technology
• LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION
• Registered with the State of Texas
• Registered with ARRT (Army graduates must take their ARRT registry with in twelve months of their hire date or earlier if mandated by the State of Texas), and Texas (MRT)
• CT Certification through ARRT preferred
• Current AHA or ARC BLS provider.
