Job summary

Providence Mission Hospital Mission Viejo seeks a CT technologist to perform high-quality, timely CT procedures under physician orders. You will assess and care for patients from infants to geriatrics and provide post-processing support.

Requires CA Radiologic Technologist license, ARRT CT, radiography credentials, and BLS. CT experience is preferred; per-diem schedule with on-site work and Providence benefits are included.

Qualifications

• Must hold a California Radiologic Technologist license and ARRT credentials.
• CT usage experience and ability to perform post-processing.
• Solid understanding of anatomy to assist physicians.

Responsibilities

• Perform quality and timely CT procedures.
• Provide patient assessment and care across age groups (infants–geriatric).
• Demonstrate post-processing skills and support physicians with anatomical information.

Job description

Under minimal supervision, produces quality and timely CT procedures and provides assessment and care for infants, adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients according to physician's orders. Required Qualifications

• Education to meet certification, license or registration requirement.
• California Radiologic Technologist upon hire.
• National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
• National Registered Technologist - Radiography - American Registry of Radiologic Technologies upon hire.
• National Registered Technologist - Computed Tomography within 1 year of hire.

Preferred Qualification

CT experience.

Posted are the minimum and the maximum wage rates on the wage range for this position. The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
