Job summary

Blessing Hospital is seeking a CT Technologist to perform CT examinations with careful patient and equipment preparation. The role includes floating within the health system based on departmental needs and serving patients from neonate to geriatric in both inpatient and outpatient settings.

Applicants must graduate from an ARRT Radiology Program, hold ARRT certification, and be IEMA approved or eligible; CT registry eligibility is required with completion within one year of hire.

• ARRT Certificate or eligibility, CT registry eligibility, and the requirement to complete registry within one year of hire.
• IEMA certification or eligible status is required.

JOB SUMMARY

This position requires the performance of safe and efficient C.T. examinations including the preparation of both patient and equipment while following all organizational and departmental policies. Position will be required to float within the Health System based on departmental needs.
This position requires providing services to one or more age populations, including neonate through geriatric, in a manner that demonstrates an understanding of the functional/developmental age of the individual served. This position could potentially work in both inpatient and outpatient settings.
This position requires full understanding and active participation in fulfilling the Mission of Blessing Hospital. It is expected that the employee demonstrate behavior consistent with the Core Values while supporting the strategic plan, goals, and direction of the Performance Improvement Process (PIP) at Blessing Hospital.
