Job summary

Blessing Health in Pittsfield is seeking a C.T. technician responsible for performing safe and efficient C.T. examinations, ensuring patient and equipment preparation according to all policies. This role requires an understanding of developmental stages of patients from neonate to geriatric and active participation in organizational mission.

The ideal candidate will be a graduate of an approved ARRT Radiology Program, hold an ARRT(R) certificate, and be CT registry eligible with completion required within six months of hiring.

BASED ON RELEVANT EXPERIENCE

Job Summary

This position requires the performance of safe and efficient C.T. examinations including the preparation of both patient and equipment while following all organizational and departmental policies. This position requires providing services to one or more age populations, including neonate through geriatric, in a manner that demonstrates an understanding of the functional/developmental age of the individual served.

This position requires full understanding and active participation in fulfilling the Mission of Illini Community Hospital. It is expected that the employee demonstrate behavior consistent with the Core Values while supporting the strategic plan, goals, and direction of the Performance Improvement Process (PIP) at Illini Community Hospital.
