This position is eligible for a hiring incentive. The salary for this position ranges from $38.28 to $57.38/hour, plus an evening shift differential of $2.20/hour.

Job Summary

Operates computed tomography (CT) equipment to produce cross-sectional images of patients' bones, organs, and tissues for diagnosis. Performs various imaging procedures including general radiography and fluoroscopy.

Job Requirements

Education and Work Experience:

  • Associate’s degree in Radiologic Technology: Preferred

Licenses/Certifications:

  • Registered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists: R.T. (R)(CT)(ARRT) OR R.T. (R)(ARRT): Required
  • Advanced Certification in CT: Required in OR and HI; Preferred in CA
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification: Required
  • Fluoroscopy license in state of employment: Preferred in CA and OR
  • Venipuncture certification: Preferred in CA and OR
  • ARRT-Radiography (ARRT-R) or ARRT-Computed Tomography (ARRT-CT): Required

Facility Specific License/Certifications:

  • Computed Tomography (CT): Required
Essential Functions
  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care for patients from adolescence to geriatric.
  • Produce sagittal and coronal reformatted images for radiologist interpretation.
  • Use PACS and teleradiology systems to transfer images correctly.
  • Maintain accurate records, files, and billing information while adhering to HIPAA and confidentiality regulations.
  • Perform routine maintenance and calibration of equipment; manage supply inventory.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Organizational Requirements

All associates must receive required vaccinations, including measles, mumps, flu, COVID-19 (where mandated), etc., as a condition of employment, with exemptions available for medical or religious reasons.
