Job summary

A leading radiology provider in Palm Desert is seeking a skilled Radiologic Technologist to perform high-quality CT exams. Responsibilities include monitoring patient well-being during exams, administering contrast, and guiding patients through the process. The ideal candidate should have state licensure, ARRT certifications, and at least one year of diagnostic imaging experience. The position offers comprehensive benefits and a pay range of $40.00-$45.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• State licensure as required by state regulations.
• ARRT (R) and/or ARRT (CT) certifications.
• BLS certification required.
• At least one year of diagnostic imaging experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform high quality radiologic CT exams on incoming patients.
• Monitor patient well-being during exams and recognize issues.
• Administer contrast as needed in a safe manner.

Responsibilities

• Perform high quality radiologic CT exams on incoming patients.
• Monitor patient well‑being during exams; recognize patient discomfort or medical problems and take appropriate action.
• Administer contrast as needed, in a safe and effective manner.
• Guide patients through the exam process by kindly talking them through the steps and answering their questions and concerns.
• Respond to physician questions and needs regarding patients.

Qualifications

• State licensure, ARRT (R), and/or ARRT (CT) as required by state regulations.
• BLS certification.
• At least one year of diagnostic imaging experience preferred.
