Responsibilities
- Perform high quality radiologic, CT exams on incoming patients.
- Monitor patient’s well‑being during exams; recognize patient discomfort or medical problems and take appropriate action.
- Administer contrast as needed, in a safe and effective manner.
- Guide patients through this sometimes‑difficult process by kindly talking them through the steps and answering their questions and concerns regarding exam procedures and process.
- Respond to physician questions and needs regarding patients.
- Demonstrate competency regarding the need to safeguard patient property and patient health information.
- Safeguard any on‑site medications in accordance with company policies, procedures and any legal requirements.
- Demonstrate respect for company property, including any cash and patient financial information on site or on patient portals.
- Be responsive to the needs of others by exhibiting and maintaining professional behavior toward patients and coworkers.
- Demonstrate respect for patient boundaries and cultural sensitivities during all interactions.
- Interact diplomatically and sympathetically with patients, their families, and the public in a clinical setting.

Requirements
- State regulations may necessitate the following certifications: state licensure, ARRT (R), and/or ARRT (CT).
- BLS certification depending on state regulations.
- At least one year of diagnostic imaging experience is preferred.

Pay Range
$38.00 – $55.00 per hour
