Mayo Career Site UK is seeking a Radiologic Technologist to produce high quality images for interpretation by physicians while adhering to safety guidelines. The role requires competence in various imaging equipment and strong communication skills to maintain patient service levels.

Produces high quality images for interpretation by physicians that meet the standards established by the Mayo Clinic Radiology Departments. Requires competence, as determined by competency assessments, in a variety of imaging equipment and technology. Practices proper safety guidelines for themselves, support personnel and patients. Fosters teamwork through effective communication. Ensures high level of service to patients through proper communication, technique, and safety guidelines. Maintains flexibility to staff various work locations, shift times and lengths. Performs other functional duties as assigned to assure efficient and optimal patient care.
Requires a graduate of an accredited radiography program. Organized, efficient, and multifunctional. Ability to work independently. Requires excellent interpersonal skills and demonstrates effective communication. Ability to work varied hours, shift lengths and respond to an on‑call pager which may include days, evenings, nights, holidays and weekends.
