Job summary

Baptist Health Imaging is seeking a CT Technologist to perform CT procedures, image generation, and related techniques in a busy imaging department. All shifts are available, with both full-time and part-time positions.

A $15,000 sign-on bonus is available for qualified candidates, reflecting our commitment to attracting skilled technologists who can contribute to high-quality patient care and collaboration with surgical and oncology teams.

Qualifications

• Satisfactory completion of an accredited education program in radiologic technology.
• Current ARRT Registry.
• Current license with the Kentucky Board of Medical Imaging and Radiation Therapy.
• Advanced ARRT Registry in Computed Tomography required within one (1) year of hire.
• 3 Years of related experience.
• Current BLS Certification.

Responsibilities

• Provides health care services applying pulsed x-ray energy to assist diagnosis or treatment.
• Performs CT procedures, computer processing and related techniques, producing images for the interpretation by or at the request of a licensed independent practitioner.
• Exercises professional judgment in performance of service and maintains a demeanor complimentary to medical ethics.
• Recognizes various patient conditions in order to provide appropriate patient care to ensure successful completion of the exam or procedure.

Our Imaging Department encompasses multiple services including Computed Tomography, Diagnostic X-Ray, Interventional Radiology, Magnetic Resonance Imaging, Nuclear Medicine, PET/CT Imaging, and Ultrasound.
