Job summary

Job Summary

Operates conventional, fluoroscopic, or portable radiology equipment to obtain clinical diagnostic images as directed by physicians. Able to perform all CT exams as ordered by a physician. Performs routine diagnostic radiology procedures according to established standards and practices. Positions patients and adjusts x-ray equipment to obtain correct exposures. May perform other administrative and clinical duties as necessary for the needs of the department and/or organization.

Minimum Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited program in radiological technology. ARRT certified.
• Indiana State Board licensed or eligible. (If board eligible, must become licensed upon first opportunity).
• CT registered preferred.
• Willing to work additional hours when requested by supervisor; available for callback on scheduled weekends.
• Willing to work one holiday each year.
• Proficient in performing all exams and procedures in CT. Must be CPR certified.
