New graduates are encouraged to apply, and a $10,000 sign-on bonus is available. Flexible scheduling includes four 10-hour shifts or five 8-hour shifts for onsite, community-focused care.

Qualifications

• Associate degree from an accredited Radiologic Technology or Nuclear Medicine program.
• ARRT registry eligible at hire; certification required within 90 days.
• South Carolina license (limited) required.
• BLS certification required.
• Proficiency in CT scanner operation and diagnostic CT imaging.

Responsibilities

• Operate CT scanners to perform diagnostic imaging examinations accurately and efficiently.
• Prepare patients for procedures, explaining processes and ensuring comfort and safety.
• Verify patient identity, medical history, and imaging orders before each examination.
• Adjust scanning parameters and protocols to obtain high-quality diagnostic images.
• Monitor patients throughout procedures and respond promptly to any changes in condition.
• Collaborate with radiologists to review image quality and support accurate interpretation.
• Maintain CT equipment in proper working order and follow quality assurance standards.
• Adhere to radiation safety protocols to protect patients, staff, and the public.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation of procedures performed.
• Provide courteous, professional customer service to patients and visitors.
• Participate in ongoing training and continuing education to maintain certifications and skills.

Description

We are seeking a full-time CT Technologist to join a hospital team in Florence, South Carolina. This on-site position offers an opportunity to deliver high-quality diagnostic imaging as part of a growing, locally owned and managed not-for-profit health system dedicated to serving its community. Pay is $33 to $40 per hour.

As a CT Technologist, you will perform computed tomography imaging procedures with precision and care, ensuring accurate diagnostic results that support physicians in patient treatment decisions. You will work closely with radiologists and the broader clinical team to maintain safety, quality, and efficiency throughout every examination. Flexible scheduling is available, including four 10-hour shifts or five 8-hour shifts.
