Henry Ford Health in Detroit is seeking a CT Radiologic Technologist to perform computerized tomographic procedures under supervision. Responsibilities include conducting specialized CT exams and, when needed, general diagnostic radiology, while maintaining patient safety and image quality.

The ideal candidate will hold a BCLS/CPR certification, meet licensure requirements, and complete continuing education hours.

• Healthcare Provider certification required. (BCLS)
• BLS Provider obtained within one month (30 days) of hire or transfer date.
• Certifications/licensures required: NMTCB/ARRT/ CNMT/CT specialty credentialing prior to hire or within specified timelines.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

High School Diploma or G.E.D. equivalent required.

Must maintain the required hours of continued education.

Healthcare Provider certification required. (BCLS)

BLS Provider obtained within one (1) month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.

CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSURES REQUIRED:

One or more of the following:

• Nuclear Medical Tech credentialed from the Nuclear Medicine Technology Certification Board (NMTCB) obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
• NMTCB (CD Computed Tomography Specialty Certification or ARRT(CT) Radiologic Technologist specializing in Computed Tomography required in addition to CNMT Certified Nuclear Medicine Technologist Certification.
• Radiologic Technologist specializing in Computed Tomography credentialed from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
• Must be registered in Computer Tomography within 12 months of date of hire.
• Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
• Nuclear Medicine or Radiation Therapy specialty also accepted.
