- Specialty: Emergency Department (ED) & Inpatient (IP)
- Experience Required: Trauma and stroke imaging experience

Required Qualifications- Education:
- Graduate of a two-year, AMA-accredited and ARRT-approved Radiologic Technology program
- Certifications/Licensure:
- ARRT (CT) – Required
- BLS Certification (AHA or ARC) – Required
- Experience:
- Minimum 1–2 years of clinical CT experience
- Must have demonstrated trauma and stroke imaging experience
Job Responsibilities- Review and verify physician orders; clarify discrepancies with radiologists
- Identify patients using two identifiers and provide clear procedural explanations
- Prepare and administer IV contrast media per protocol: document appropriately
- Perform CT scans and assist radiologists/physician assistants with invasive procedures
- Monitor patient conditions, initiate life support measures when necessary
- Evaluate image quality and process post-scan reconstructions as needed
- Maintain a sterile, safe environment in compliance with infection control policies
- Operate CT and associated equipment including contrast injectors, monitoring devices, and imaging software
- Maintain accurate records in the radiology information system and EMR
- Adhere to all radiation safety, MRI safety, and ergonomic protocols
- Report equipment issues promptly
