CommonSpirit Memorial is seeking a CT Technologist to capture precise diagnostic CT images for radiologists, ensuring accurate diagnoses across diverse medical conditions.

You will generate detailed cross-sectional images and contribute to a positive patient experience through compassionate care and clear explanations of the procedure. Strong knowledge of imaging workflows and patient positioning is essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED at hire.
• Graduate of an accredited school of Radiologic Technology.
• Registered Technologist Radiography (ARRT) at hire.
• Registered Technologist Computed Tomography (ARRT-CT) within 12 months.
• Basic Life Support (CPR) at hire.

Responsibilities

• Capture detailed cross-sectional CT images to support radiologists in diagnosis.
• Create detailed images of skeleton, tissues, and organs.
• Provide compassionate patient care and foster a positive imaging experience.
• Understand general imaging workflow and patient positioning for clear results.
• Operate EPIC or applicable EHR system and communicate effectively with contacts.

As our CT Technologist, you will utilize your expertise to capture precise diagnostic images, enabling our Radiologists to accurately diagnose and/or rule out diverse medical conditions.

As our CT Technologist, you will utilize your expertise to capture precise diagnostic images, enabling our Radiologists to accurately diagnose and/or rule out diverse medical conditions.

Every day, you will adeptly create detailed cross-sectional images of the skeleton, tissues, and internal organs. Your compassionate interaction and skill in patient care will be crucial, as you play a significant role in fostering a positive and comforting patient experience throughout the imaging process.

To be successful in this role, you will deeply understand the critical importance of diagnostic imaging. This includes a comprehensive knowledge of general imaging workflow, various patient positioning techniques, and the ability to consistently capture clear results essential for timely and accurate diagnoses that guide effective patient care.

• Demonstrates the ability to operate EPIC (or applicable EHR system), computer/telephone/facsimile
• Demonstrates excellent organizational skills
• Actively communicates positively and effectively to all contacts
• Administers patient care within the scope of practice for a CT/Radiologic Technologist
• Instructs and educates patient regarding the ordered test, and prepares the patient for the procedure
• Demonstrates the ability to multi-task

Pay Range

$30.00 - $30.00 /hour
