Job summary

CommonSpirit Memorial is seeking a CT Technologist for full-time night shifts (M-F 9p-7a) to capture high-quality diagnostic CT images. A $20,000 sign-on bonus is available.

You will ensure patient comfort and safety while supporting radiologists with precise imaging essential for accurate diagnoses. The role requires ARRT Radiography and CT certifications (or eligibility within 12 months), CPR, and graduation from an accredited Radiologic Technology program.

Responsibilities

• Capture precise diagnostic CT images to aid radiologists.
• Prepare patient for procedures and educate them about the test.

Job Summary And Responsibilities

Full time Nights: M-F 9p-7a

$20,000 Sign on bonus available

As our CT Technologist, you will utilize your expertise to capture precise diagnostic images, enabling our Radiologists to accurately diagnose and/or rule out diverse medical conditions.

Every day, you will adeptly create detailed cross-sectional images of the skeleton, tissues, and internal organs. Your compassionate interaction and skill in patient care will be crucial, as you play a significant role in fostering a positive and comforting patient experience throughout the imaging process.

To be successful in this role, you will deeply understand the critical importance of diagnostic imaging. This includes a comprehensive knowledge of general imaging workflow, various patient positioning techniques, and the ability to consistently capture clear results essential for timely and accurate diagnoses that guide effective patient care.

• Demonstrates the ability to operate EPIC (or applicable EHR system), computer/telephone/facsimile
• Demonstrates excellent organizational skills
• Actively communicates positively and effectively to all contacts
• Administers patient care within the scope of practice for a CT/Radiologic Technologist
• Instructs and educates patient regarding the ordered test, and prepares the patient for the procedure
• Demonstrates the ability to multi-task

Job Requirements

Required

• High School Graduate High School Diploma, upon hire or
• High School GED, upon hire
• Graduate of an accredited school of Radiologic Technology, upon hire
• Registered Technologist Radiography ARRT, upon hire and
• Registered Technologist Computed Tomography, within 12 - months and
• Basic Life Support - CPR, upon hire
