Job summary

Cooper University Health Care seeks a CT Technologist to perform CT imaging procedures, ensure image quality, and maintain documentation within PACS. You will educate patients, review histories, and support patient-centered care in a fast-paced hospital setting.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree preferred.
• Graduate of AMA Approved Radiologic Technologist Program; ARRT certification required by graduation date.

Short Description

Performs CT imaging procedures in accordance with hospital policies, state and federal regulations, and National Patient Safety Goals. Utilizes advanced knowledge of cross-sectional anatomy and CT technology to produce high-quality diagnostic images, ensuring accurate documentation and image integrity within PACS. Obtains and reviews patient history, educates patients and families regarding procedures, and provides compassionate care that addresses physical and psychological needs. Participates in quality improvement initiatives, supports multidisciplinary patient care, and promotes exceptional patient service and satisfaction.
