RadNet is seeking a CT Technologist in California to perform high-quality CT exams and ensure patient safety throughout the procedure. You will monitor patient well-being, administer contrast, and communicate clearly with patients and staff to support optimal exam outcomes.

The role requires state licensure and ARRT CT certification, with BLS as applicable. Prior diagnostic imaging experience is preferred, and the position offers comprehensive benefits and a patient-focused environment.

You Will:

• Perform high quality radiologic, CT exams on incoming patients.
• Monitor patient's well-being during exams; recognize patient discomfort or medical problems and take appropriate action.
• Administer contrast as needed, in a safe and effective manner.
• Guide patients through this sometimes-difficult process by kindly talking them through the steps and answering their questions and concerns regarding exam procedures and process.
• Respond to physician questions and needs regarding patients.
• Demonstrates competency regarding the need to safeguard patient property and Patient Health Information.
• Safeguards any on site medications in accordance with Company policies, procedures and any legal requirements.
• Demonstrates respect for company property, including any cash and patient financial information on site or on patient portals.
• Is responsive to the needs of others by exhibiting and maintaining professional behavior toward patients and coworkers.

To Ensure Success In This Role, You Must Have:

• State regulations may necessitate the following certifications: state licensure, ARRT (R), and/or ARRT (CT)
• BLS certification depending on state regulations
• At least one year of diagnostic imaging experience is preferred!

Pay Range: $38.00 - $56.00 per hour
