RAYUS Radiology is seeking a CT Technologist to join our team. We aim to innovate in radiology, making it a vital step in diagnosis and treatment. Come shine brighter with us!

As a Computed Tomography (CT) Technologist, you will operate scanners to produce diagnostic images, providing patient-centered care with excellent customer service. You will guide patients through procedures, addressing questions and concerns.

This is a temp/PRN position working 4:30pm - 8:00pm, with alternating Saturdays.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

1. Screens patients for precautions or contradictions, using two identifiers to ensure correct patient and procedure.
2. Explains procedures and prepares patients, positioning them appropriately.
3. Performs routine and advanced scans with minimal supervision, maintaining patient support throughout.
4. Adjusts scan parameters and employs dose reduction techniques as needed.
5. Follows physicians' orders, safety regulations, and maintains accurate records in RIS.
6. Maintains ACR accreditation and toolkit.
7. Ensures a clean, organized work area promoting safety.

Support Tasks

1. Updates imaging protocols and software.
2. Monitors and requests medical supplies.
3. Assists in training new staff, providing technical expertise.

Additional Tasks

Performs other duties as assigned.
