Job summary

Baptist Health La Grange is seeking a Weekend CT Technologist to join our imaging team. You will perform high-quality CT exams, verify orders, follow department protocols, and support radiologists in daily operations.

The role requires a Radiologic Technology AS degree, ARRT registry, KBMIRT license in Kentucky, and BCLS within 90 days. Weekend shifts occur on Saturdays and Sundays with rotation into a weekday shift, ensuring safety and patient care.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in Radiologic Technology or related field.
• One year CT experience preferred.
• ARRT Registry or eligible.
• Kentucky KBMIRT license required.
• BCLS due within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Verify orders and follow department protocols.
• Perform and supervise high-quality CT exams.
• Monitor patients and apply venous access techniques when needed.
• Maintain radiation safety and infection control practices.
• Assist radiologists and support daily department operations.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and accurate patient documentation.

Join our imaging team at Baptist Health La Grange as a CT Technologist, where you'll perform high-quality CT exams and procedures that exceed patient expectations. Responsibilities include verifying orders, following department protocols, using proper venous access techniques, monitoring patients, and practicing radiation safety. You’ll assist radiologists, manage daily operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and maintain accurate patient documentation. Strong attention to quality assurance and proper charge verification is essential. Help us deliver exceptional care in a clean, professional environment.

Working Hours

Hours: Saturday and Sunday 9AM - 9:30PM. Will rotate one 8 hour shift to be assigned Monday - Friday, shift could be a day or evening. Holiday Rotation Required.

Requirements

• Associates of Applied Science from Accredited Radiology Program
• One year experience in Computerized Axial Tomography (CT)
• Current American Registry Radiologic Technology (ARRT) Registry
• Current Kentucky Board of Medical Imaging and Radiation Therapy (KBMIRT) License
• BCLS due within 90 days of hire
