RadNet is seeking a CT Technologist Trainee in the Ellicott City, MD area to join a team delivering high-quality imaging services. You will gain hands-on experience in CT imaging under supervision while advancing your credentials and clinical skills.

Responsibilities include patient prep, positioning, contrast administration under guidance, image processing with PACS, and adherence to HIPAA. The role requires completion of an accredited radiology program and active ARRT/CT licensure or

Qualifications

• Must complete an accredited Radiology program.
• Must obtain ARRT (CT) certification and/or CT state license.
• Current ARRT and State License in Diagnostic Radiologic Technology.
• BLS certification required; venipuncture certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with preparing patients for CT exams and explain procedures.
• Learn positioning techniques and safety procedures for CT imaging.
• Observe and assist with administering contrast media under supervision.
• Support technologists with image processing, PACS transmission, and QA checks.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.
• Participate in training and on-the-job instruction to gain competency.
• Ensure exam rooms are clean, stocked, and prepared for procedures.
• Provide professional, compassionate care throughout the imaging process.
• Perform administrative tasks and data entry as assigned.
