Job summary

Medical City Frisco is seeking a CT Tech for a seasonal assignment with 12-hour shifts (8 am–8:30 pm). The position offers $50 per hour plus differentials and runs September 20, 2026 through April 3, 2027.

The CT Tech will perform high-quality diagnostic CT procedures, educate patients and families, maintain records, and help the department meet its goals. Qualifications include ARRT credentials, BLS, state registration, and at least one year of experience.

Qualifications

• BLS certification is required.
• State Registered Radiologic Technician credential required.
• ARRT certification in radiography and CT preferred.
• 1 year of experience in CT or radiology settings.
• ARRT-CT and ARRTR radiography credentials are required.

Job Summary And Qualifications

What Qualifications You Will Need

• Basic Cardiac Life Support
• State Registered Radiologic Technician
• Vocational School Graduate
• Certified Medical Radiologic Technologist, or Registered Radiographer (ARRT)
• +1 year of experience
• (ARRT-CT) Computed Tomography
• (ARRT-R) Radiography

Program Requirements

• All seasonal are required to work a minimum of 72 hours per pay period during the seasonal period.
• Within a close geography, you may be asked to float to another facility that has an emergent staffing need.
• Four (4) weekend shifts are required each 4 week schedule period.
• During the course of the 32-week period, the employee is required to work two (2) holiday shifts (defined by Department Manager or designee).
• Seasonal Staff are PRN status employees and are subject to first call-off. There are no guaranteed hours by the hospital.
• Seasonal Staff will not be eligible for extra shift bonuses (D1/CND or D2/ECD)
• Registered Nurses who are in the Seasonal program will have one opportunity to pass the clinical competency evaluation.
• Current employees of HWS are not eligible for the seasonal program.
• Shifts may vary based on the needs of the department.
