Job summary

Premier Health’s MiamiValley Hospital South seeks a CT Tech to independently perform CT procedures, including contrast administration, and coordinate patient flow in the Medical Imaging unit. The role requires ARRT RT (R) registry, CPR certification, and Ohio licensure, with CT registry preferred.

May assist with other imaging modalities as needed and handle on-call duties. Minimum education is an Associate degree in Radiologic Technology.

Facility: MiamiValley Hospital South

Independently performs computed tomography (CT) procedures utilizing proper techniques and administration of contrast media. Works under their scope of practice and in accordance with certificate/licensure in the administration of medications, operation of equipment, and venipuncture. Coordinates patient flow and the activities of the CT scanner. Exercises professional judgment in the performance of duties in order to maintain equipment in good working condition. May perform procedures in other imaging modalities or at other facilities based on departmental needs. May have on call responsibilities.
